At Messenger International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
